If you are not insured we will discuss other possible ways of funding your case including conditional fee agreements i.e. a ‘no win no fee’ arrangement or whether you should obtain ‘After the Event Legal Insurance’. Eligibility will depend upon the particular facts of your case and we will be able to advise you on whether your case is appropriate for an agreement/policy.
Michael heads our Employment Law team here at Crane & Staples where we provide up-to-date employment law advice so that both employers and employees understand their rights.
