Our excellent, Legal 500 and Chambers ranked Property Team invites applications from Residential Conveyancers of 3+ years PQE.
Our ideal candidate should:

- Have a minimum of 3 years’ post qualification experience as a Residential Conveyancer.
- Display a sound technical knowledge of property law.
- Handle their own cases from set-up to post-completion.

- Support other colleagues and work as part of a fun and friendly team.

As a well-established, high-street firm, we receive instructions from a wide range of clients.
You should have experience in residential conveyancing matters and expect to handle a varied case load including:
- Freehold and Leasehold Sales and Purchases
- Transfers of Equity and Re-mortgages
- New Build purchases, including Help to Buy
- Shared ownership transactions
You will join a close-knit team of expert Property lawyers and support staff. This is an opportunity to work with some highly regarded property lawyers in the region, including Partner and Head of Department Chris Brewis and Partner and Head of Training Manish Patel. Both Chris and Manish are known for the quality of training and support they provide to their colleagues.
Within the department, and the firm, there is a strong sense of camaraderie, good humour, and genuine friendships between staff of all levels.
You will work closely with your colleagues and regularly meet, either in-person or virtually, to discuss cases, as well as to improve team morale and keep in touch.
As part of our firm’s training policy, you will also be expected to assist junior colleagues. This is an opportunity for you to develop your skills as a mentor, as well as help your colleagues and work as a team.
