Statement regarding Coronavirus COVID-19

We are continuously monitoring the situation and complying with Government advice regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19). We take the health and safety of our staff, clients and the community extremely seriously.

On 23rd March 2020, the Prime Minister emphasised that employers should enable staff to ‘work from home, where possible’. As we have sophisticated remote working procedures in place, we are confident that it is possible for our staff to work from home, whilst maintaining the high standard of service that is expected from Crane & Staples. 

Please be aware that we may not be able to send and receive post in our usual timely manner.  For this reason, we are prioritising emails as our main method of written correspondence and respectfully request that clients and professional colleagues contact us by email or telephone to ensure a prompt reply. 

Additionally, we are complying with Government instructions regarding social distancing. This means that we are currently unable to offer face-to-face appointments, unless in exceptional circumstances. Instead, we can use a range of video conferencing applications including Microsoft Teams and Skype.
