If you are in any way dissatisfied with our services, and wish to have a refund, please follow the procedure outlined in Section 6 of our Terms of Business and contact the person dealing with your case to discuss your concerns.

If you believe you have mistakenly made a payment please contact our Accounts Department and, if that is proved to be correct, we will promptly refund any monies not owed to us.
