• Advising commercial Landlords with regard to evicting tenants, court proceedings for Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 lease renewals

Outside the Office

I am the Chairperson of The Hertfordshire Junior Lawyers Division. I am a keen runner and I recently set up the firm’s running club. I enjoy baking and was delighted that my “Soft Brexit” entry won “Best Cake” in the annual Great Legal Bake, which raises money for local charities.

Elizabeth Russell was both warm and professional in her approach and highly capable of dealing with the legal matter brought to her attention. I have no hesitation in recommending her.
