Kuldip Chima
I joined Crane & Staples in April 2021 as a Solicitor in the Residential Property department. I became a Senior Associate Solicitor in April 2023.
I qualified in 2007, where I had trained at a high street firm in Hertford and have also worked at a Top 75 law firm.
I am a specialist in all aspects of residential conveyancing, including:
- Freehold and leasehold transactions including Newbuild Properties with Help to Buy
- Transfer of equity transactions
- Re-mortgages
- Bridging loans
I take pride in providing a professional but personal service to my clients and love what I do!
Outside the office
I have two young boys so much of my time is juggling homework to football tournaments and movie nights! I also enjoy going out, travelling and spending time with my family and friends.
