As of July 2023, over 93% of our work comes from either existing clients, or new clients who were recommended to us by friends, family or professional contacts.

We do not pay referral fees to our professional contacts and will never pay other firms to refer work to us. This ensures that any work from professional contacts, such as estate agents, is recommended to us purely because they like working with us and value our excellent service.
