Our local legal community

We have a proud history of involvement with the local legal community. Our staff are members of the Hertfordshire Law Society. Michael Scutt is Vice President of the Hertfordshire Law Society and will be President in 2026.

Danielle Peters is Chair of Training for the Hertfordshire Family Justice Board and the Private Law Working Group. She hosts several prestigious family law events throughout the year.

We are also active in the Hertfordshire Junior Lawyers Division, with, Mischa McKevitt, Sheryl Hartigan and Amy Tapping sitting on the HJLD committee.

Janet Martland is a member of Resolution’s Legal Aid Committee.

Some of our staff are also members of specialist groups including Women in Family Law, Women in Wills and the Society of Asian Lawyers.
