Amy Tapping

I joined Crane & Staples as a Conveyancing Assistant in December 2020 and commenced my Training Contract in September 2022.

I graduated from the University of Hertfordshire with a First Class Law Degree and have recently completed my  LLM Legal Practice Course.

I am currently in my second seat in the Property department. My role involves assisting the team with Residential and Commercial Conveyancing matters.

I enjoy my work here at Crane & Staples as I learn something new every day!

Memberships and Positions Held

I am on the committee for the Hertfordshire Junior Lawyers Division, where we organise a range of training and networking events.

HJLD Summer Drinks

I am also a member of the Hertfordshire Law Society. In 2023, I won the Hertfordshire Law Society Award for the Highest Scoring LPC Student.

Outside the office

As well as my love for the Law, I enjoy music (including the ability to play two instruments), ballet and travelling.

I regularly represent the firm at local charity and community events.
