Bonnie Twiggs

Partner and Head of Department

I joined Crane & Staples as a trainee solicitor in 2005, qualifying in 2007 and becoming a partner of the firm in 2011.

My team and I advise on all matters relating to commercial and residential property and I am one of the few solicitors in the area specialising in the complex area of leasehold enfranchisement. This includes dealing with such matters from initial instruction, up to and including Tribunal decisions.  I work closely with specialist surveyors in and around the area to provide a full and comprehensive service to the individual client in these matters.

As a property and business solicitor, I advise on business and property acquisitions and disposals, Landlord and Tenant issues; an individual’s right to acquire a new lease of their residential property; collective enfranchisement and freehold reversion sales and purchases.  As a commercially focused solicitor, my advice to clients is always tailored to meet the particular needs and specific circumstances of each individual transaction.

Outside the office

Prior to joining Crane & Staples, I was a fully qualified ISTD dance teacher and ran my own dance school in Hertfordshire. I am married and have two children, and enjoy travelling and spending time with friends and family.

Dear Bonnie,

Many thanks for your help and advice along the way.  We had a successfully smooth move, safe in the knowledge that you and Crane & Staples were covering all details.
