Halima Ahmed
I joined Crane and Staples as a Solicitor in September 2026. Prior to this, I was working at a national law firm in which I qualified as a solicitor in April 2023.
I graduated from the University of Hertfordshire with a First Class LLB (Hons) in Law before completing my Masters and Legal Practice Course in which I obtained a Commendation.
I have experience in a wide range of Family and Children Law matters, including representing parents and other clients in complex proceedings. My experience includes:
- Public Children Law Matters: including Interim Care Orders, Supervision Orders, Special Guardianship Orders and Placement Orders.
- Private Children Matters, including Child Arrangements Orders, Specific Issue Orders and Prohibited Steps Orders.
- Domestic Abuse Matters, including application for a Non- Molestation Orders and Occupation Orders.
My Approach
I am approachable and friendly, with strong communication and listening skills. I understand that family matters can be difficult and stressful, so I support clients with empathy, patience and understanding. I find it rewarding to provide reassurance, clear guidance and practical support, helping clients feel heard, informed and supported throughout their matter.
