I joined Crane & Staples in February 2025 as Office Manager.

With over 25 years of experience across a range of diverse business support functions, including HR, Facilities Management, Security Control, IT, and Compliance, I have a strong background in project and people management.  I am dedicated to driving efficiency and ensuring seamless office operations that align with the Company’s objectives.

Backed by a CIPD (Chartered Institute of Professional Development) Level 7 certification, I approach every challenge with energy, organisation, and a proactive mindset, whether it’s streamlining operations, leading change, or keeping day-to-day activities running smoothly.

I’m passionate about creating workplaces where people feel supported, heard, and motivated. From launching wellbeing programmes that truly make a difference, to guiding teams through change with empathy and clarity, I’ve always believed that people are at the heart of every successful business.

Along the way, I’ve been fortunate to receive recognition for my work, from awards in wellbeing and people development to leading sustainability efforts that earned Gold Accreditation status.

Out of the office

In my spare time, I am an active member of two costuming groups, Rebel Legion and 501st UK Garrison, where we bring characters to life while raising money for local and national charities.

I’m also a member of SingSpace Musical Theatre, where I get to share my love of Musicals and singing and support charitable causes through local concerts.
