I joined Crane & Staples in April 2021 as a Solicitor in the Residential Property department. I became a Senior Associate Solicitor in April 2023.
I qualified in 2007, where I had trained at a high street firm in Hertford and have also worked at a Top 75 law firm.
I am a specialist in all aspects of residential conveyancing, including:
- Freehold and leasehold transactions including Newbuild Properties with Help to Buy
- Transfer of equity transactions
- Bridging loans
I take pride in providing a professional but personal service to my clients and love what I do!
Outside the office
I have two young boys so much of my time is juggling homework to football tournaments and movie nights! I also enjoy going out, travelling and spending time with my family and friends.
Hello Kuldip, I just wanted to say a huge thank you to yourself and also everyone else involved with our purchase, the whole process from start to finish went so smoothly and everyone we dealt with at Crane & Staples was very helpful, thorough and reassuring. Given the fact this is the first time we have both had to deal with solicitors it was slightly daunting, but you have all been great and put our minds at rest instantly – we really appreciate all your help!
Incredible service! We instructed Crane & Staples for the purchase of our first home, the whole process from start to finish went smoothly and rapidly. Everyone that was involved (special thanks to Kuldip - she was great!) kept us informed constantly at every stage and explained anything clearly. The service we experienced was incredible, I wouldn’t hesitate recommending them to anyone.
Kuldip dealt with the sale of my property after another Solicitors firm really let me down. Under very difficult time constraints she was professional, diligent, and efficient. Thank you Kuldip.
Kuldip has been nothing short of brilliant. At no point has she made me feel rushed or less important than her other clients. I have been impressed by her professionalism and diligence throughout. She is a credit to your company and I wish her nothing but success in her future.
