Natasha Bassett
I joined Crane & Staples as a Trainee Solicitor in September 2026. Currently, I am in my first seat in the Property department.
I assist with a range of residential conveyancing transactions including Freehold and Leasehold Sale and Purchase transactions, Newbuild transactions and Unregistered property transactions.
I graduated from the University of Birmingham with First-Class Honours in LLB Law in July 2026 and am due to start my Solicitors Qualifying Exam Course in October. During university holidays, I worked as a Junior Paralegal in residential conveyancing at a small high street firm and I have also had work experience in public family law at a London-based firm prior to joining Crane & Staples.
I am passionate about working efficiently, accurately, and personably to support clients through the most stressful periods of their life such as moving house or family challenges.

Outside the Office
Outside of work, I enjoy travelling and like to spend my time attending live music events and watching movies with my friends and family.
