Founder of Resolution passes away

As members of resolution, we were saddened to hear that John Cornwell, founder of Resolution had passed away.

John dedicated much of his working life to the development and progress of family law, setting up Resolution in 1982. One of his first steps was to draft a Code of Practice that all members follow to this day. The vision and imagination that John showed in gathering family lawyers together and proposing a different way of working should not be underestimated. The positive impact of this for families over the last 30 years is immeasurable.

Crane & Staples have been members of Resolution for some years now, and firmly believe in the Code of Practice that John set up. Our thoughts are with his family. Read more here:
