Notification of Transfer to Limited Liability Partnership

Please note that from 1 April 2019, the practice of the partnership of Crane & Staples will be carried on as a Limited Liability Partnership ("LLP"), to which the partnership will have transferred all its business.

This change will not affect the services you receive; the same people, as members and staff of the LLP, will be engaged on your instructions, but from 1 April 2019 they will be carried out by the LLP.

Limited Liability Partnerships have become the preferred vehicle for professional firms over the last decade. We will have the advantage of combining the ethos of a partnership with a more modern business structure.
