Welwyn Hatfield Council has reached agreement to grant planning permission for 196 new homes to be built on the brownfield ‘Frythe’ site in Welwyn, Hertfordshire. The large scale project on the 47 acre former Glaxo Smith Klein site will be carried out by developer Land Improvements.
