The Forget Me Not Appeal – Lister Hospital

Crane & Staples are very pleased to support this appeal run by the Lister Hospital. Several of our team members are participating in a fundraising golf day on the 23rd of September 2015.

The ‘Forget Me Not Appeal’ is being run to ask for donations so that the hospital can make a more dementia friendly environment, to help dementia sufferers feel more relaxed and less anxious in hospital.

The aim is to install specialist flooring which absorbs sound, specialist lighting which replicates natural daylight during the day, installing equipment so that patients can watch their own television and listen to their own music and also, provide for equipment so that partners can stay overnight with dementia patients.
