The Law Society awards Crane & Staples its Will and Inheritance Quality Scheme mark for the second year
Crane & Staples Solicitors are proud to have their accreditation with The Law Society's best practice quality mark - WIQS (Wills and Inheritance Quality Scheme) renewed.
We are still the first and only law firm in Welwyn Garden City (and were only the third in the whole of Hertfordshire) to be accredited with the quality mark.

The scheme design is based on a Wills and Inheritance Protocol that sets client service standards to ensure transparency in process, costs and communications.
It outlines required practices for will drafting, probate and estate administration to help address common risks, errors and inconsistencies that arise in delivering advice. You will be given the information you need to understand the process, options, costs and timescales from the outset.
To be awarded the Quality Mark again clearly shows that we continually demonstrate best practice procedures to meet the highest standards of technical expertise and client service.
We know that when you are deciding to make a Will, or need assistance following bereavement, by talking to one of the experienced and trusted team members you know that we will give you the right advice.
